Very disappointing and therefore highly NOT recommended.I stay in hotels a lot for business and pleasure and have experienced a low point in terms of hospitality.That not everything always goes smoothly is no problem at all. However, that this hotel does not take responsibility for it when reported and even (as can be read in other reviews) argues with the guests is simply unacceptable.A customer is king, and the arrogance and ignorance of this hotel is shameful. They are being penny-wise pound-foolish.When your guests are very dissatisfied and dissappointed with their stay, then as a hotel you have a duty to at least give a gesture that you care. But zero response. Not even a cup of coffee. Just the notification that they were not to blame".And I on the other hand had to pay 777 Euros for 2 nights for an unsuccessful stay.Unbelievable. never again."

Enttäuschender AufenthaltWir blieben hier für ein Wochenende, das eigentlich der Entspannung dienen sollte. Aber wir bekamen nicht das gebuchte Zimmer, das Zimmermädchen stand um 8 Uhr im Zimmer und fragte um 9 nochmal nach wann sie denn endlich sauber machen konnte, das Frühstück war definitiv nicht so gut und umfangreich, wie manche Bewertungen vermuten lassen, das zweite Restaurant stellte sich trotz Angabe der Rezeption als Außenrestaurant heraus, so dass wir nach dem Essen in der Kälte und ohne Mantel ganz außen herum gehen mussten und schließlich stimmten auch noch die vereinbarten Massagen nicht. Natürlich kann immer etwas schief gehen, aber wenn das Personal an der Rezeption das mit: dann hätten Sie“ und "was sind schon 5 Minuten Fußmarsch" abtut

Booked the stay in 2022 but had to pay 2023 prize without telling me in advance. Poor customerdesk service!!! High prize without a big breakfast! I can’t recommend staying

Das Zimmer ist teuer. Dafür bekommt man aber auch einiges geboten.Hervorzuheben ist der Zugang zur Therme, der im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist. Dass macht einen Aufenthalt zu einer wirklichen Erholung.Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten groß und bequem. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.Auch das Frühstücks-Buffet kann mit einer großen Auswahl punkten.Ein Einchecken vor 15:00 Uhr wird kategorisch abgelehnt. Wohl weil dann auch erst der Thermeneintritt möglich ist.Dass führte bei uns dazu, dass wir eineinhalb Stunden unnötig warten mussten, bevor wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Ein schlechter Service für den hohen Zimmerpreis.Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal eine Auszeit vom Reisestress benötigt.

Ich musste beim Arbeiten am Schreibtisch auf dem Bett sitzen, weil der Stuhl nicht zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch gepasst hat. Obwohl ich die Heizung abgedreht hatte, waren es gefühlte 30°C im Zimmer, ich konnte kaum schlafen. Einrichtungen wie z.B. Schwimmbad oder Fitness konnte ich leider nicht nutzen, sie hatten erst ab 09:00 Uhr geöffnet. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr angenehm. Die Bar ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett.

Excellent! We had a great stay at this hotel and look forward to coming back. Check-in was quick and easy, the suite was impeccably clean and a great selection of tea, coffee and toiletries. Bed was very comfortable and we loved having a balcony and the sun shades. The blinds and curtains were very good and the room was nice and dark at night. We appreciated having the little tablet that meant we could look up anything we needed re the hotel and the spa. Three little changes that would be good: the handle in the bath has corner that are far too sharp (I actually cut my knee and bled from hitting it), there was no hair conditioner provided and the air conditioning didn’t really get cold enough. Breakfast was very well organised, delicious and it was lovely to sit outside to enjoy the meal. I would suggest bringing your own pool sliders if you are going to Les Thermes as the ones the hotel provides are very flimsy and as soon as they get any water on them you can’t walk in them. We felt that the staff were very friendly and professional throughout and they apologised re the bath handle and injury sustained upon check out.

Very nice place.The room / suite was very nice. Good size, well equipped and decorated.We went there during Covid period. So restaurant was not open. The meal was served in the room .The meal was delicious and the service was perfect.The room was very quiet.There is even an extra door to filter the eventual noise from the corridor.There is free parking outside.All the staff was very friendly and ready to help.I would have put 4.5 if it was possible. The price is a little bit on the high side so not 5.

I'm very disappointed, everyone recommended me this place for the spa and warm pools and it was terrible. The place looks more like a public pool or a kids' camp than a cosy place to relax. The atmosphere is poor, the pools look old and there is very low attention to details. And it's just so crowded, I don't understand how people can relax in this public pond
