Extremely good service, very friendly and patient workers who are always there when you need them or have a question.I booked a trip to Auschwitz in 2019, which actually was very comfortable and easy to do. I got picked up in front of my apartment and all information about the schedule was repeated by the driver in addition to the brochure I received in the booking office the day before.He drove us to two different locations, where a local guide gave us a broad insight into history, society and events during those sad times. She delivered it in a very professional, yet human manner which made people think about the poor souls and cruelty that happened in Auschwitz.I can highly recommend the guided tour and pick up service by this company.
