I want to leave the strongest of recommendations for PetCargo! They're amazing! They're headquartered at the Frankfurt airport, and they were able to help get our cats shipped to the United States despite heat embargos both at Frankfurt and at our destination airport. When our destination airport started a last minute heat embargo, Pet Cargo worked amazingly and quickly with me to find another doable airport we could fly the cats into. And they found people on the U.S.-side of things to help get my cats through customs so my family, who were picking up the cats for us, didn't have as many steps to go through to pick them up.One of the other best things is that they're very fast and responsive on email. You'll hear back from them quickly, multiple times a day, whenever you have any questions! And their prices were much better than the other places I contacted. I'm super duper happy with my experience with them, and wanted to get the word out!

Highly recommend for transporting your family pets. We had our Golden Retriever transported using Pet Cargo. The staff and owner are friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable and organized. They help take all the guess work and research off your plate when getting your dog to where you need them.

Wow doesn’t begin to describe our experience with Pet Cargo. We were shipping our dog from Miami to Frankfurt, and ran into issues with heat embargos, bad information on the US side and so much more. We reached out to Pet Cargo about being our pet broker to get our dog out of Germany customs, and they literally saved the day. They even delivered our dog to us on the military base where we are staying. I was so so impressed and blown away by their professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

Amazing customer service, I initially contacted them through their website and got a call back the same day. They have English's speaking representatives for anyone overseas who does not speak German. The dogs that I shipped could only fly in certain months due to heat embargos and they worked hard to make sure that the my 4 legged family members were safe. I would recommend them to anyone living overseas in Germany who is heading back to the USA. If I ever find myself in Germany again this is the only company I will use.
