I studied with Kat extensively for around two years, doing lessons biweekly, and sometime more. She is an excellent teacher, and highly agreeable in nature as well, which creates an open atmosphere for the lessons. Also (and some may disagree here, i.e. Deutsch is Deutsch) she has an excellent accent, very clean and sonorous, so if you're looking to speak German with good pronunciation, I highly recommend her.

Kat is incredibly competent, and her teaching style is engaging and very stimulating. She uses videos, podcasts, articles and games, and she also gives you enough space to unleash the creative writer in you. Kat is really good at imbuing you with confidence and positivity, and even when you don't feel motivated enough, her commitment at making every lesson a feel-good moment makes you stick with it no matter what.My experience with Kat was outstanding in every aspect and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I met Kat through a recommendation from another german language teacher who mentioned that Kat would be a great fit for me as she specializes in teaching german to Americans.I've been learning from Kat over a year and was able to go from no German knowledge to B1.She's a fantastic teacher and in addition to giving me a strong foundation in the language she also cultivated in me a love of German through exploring german books, songs, etymology etc.
