Ein Übermittlung des PCR-Ergebnisses hat weder bei meiner Frau noch mir geklappt. Nervt nur! - Habe von ein Stern auf 4 Sterne verbessert, da man sich redlich bemüht hat, die Ursache zu klären.

When getting a positive PCR tests one would expect they also provide the CT value which tells something about the severity of the infection". They only provide the value if explicitly ordered even if this is a byproduct of the test. Even the health office mentioned on the phone that they are not happy how Bioscientia is suppressing parts of the result. Luckily there are competitors doing a better job."

Nette Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, alles schnell bearbeitet ohne, (wie oft bei anderen Laboren) mit 1000 Menschen zu telefonieren.

Schnelles und korrektes Ergebnis für das Handy und den PC.Ich muß morgen in die Klinik und habe mir das Zertifikat ausgedruckt. Vielleicht ist das sicherer, man weis ja nicht ob das Handy morgen arbeiten will.Vielen Dank für Ihren tollen Service!
