This 'smart' 'garden' is a mishmash of the cheapest materials from China, sold to you in an overpriced way as something 'sustainable' or 'green'. It is obviously not. Do not repeat our mistake by buying it. Decent LED-lamps can be bought for 10 Euros. Seeds cost 1-2 Euro. Better spend 200 Euros on something else. Perhaps, visit your grandma who knows how to grow plants in a sustainable way?
