I am owning a flat which is being let to students located in Burgstallstrasse in Stuttgart Heslach. The sanitary installations needed significant renovation and replacement. FMS took charge of all of them.Most recently the shower leaked and water went into the masonry even affecting the flat below. What was meant as a small repair ended up to be a full blown renovation of the whole bathroom replacing most of the hardware. It turned out to be a complex project involving several trades all coordinated by FMS as a prime contractor.FMS- did a very accurate diagnosis of the damage- found and subcontracted the relevant supporting craftsmen (e.g. dryer etc.)- coordinated the time schedules- executed their own work packages very well (including demolition)- kept the costs under control with NO surprises- kept me informed at all times5 stars out of 5! If anyone needs an excellent plumber in the Stuttgart area FMS should be your first choice.Tobias Seling
