I had my first consultation and trial treatment yesterday. Ms. Anghelov explained everything in detail. She spent around 45 minutes just explaining the procedure, the precautions, and what to expect after the treatment. She listened to me with attention and explained my concerns.I live in Essen so the epilation center is a bit far but I would prefer her over others because she knows what she is doing, pays attention to detail, and is good at her work.I have a little bit of redness and small white dot's over the treated area I sent the photos to Ms. Anghelov and she responded promptly with the measures.I will keep updating you after my next treatment.Update on the session /May 2022I had my second session with Ms. Anghelov and it went well. Half of my face was treated as it was too painful for me to do the other half without anesthesia. I went back for the other half in the next week so my facial hair is not a lot, therefore, I don't care too much. I had to buy some Gel strips and put them on my face before 2 hours of treatment also before the strips I had to apply a cream that was recommended by Ms. Anghelov. It was still painful, but I have read everywhere that electrolysis is painful, so be prepared for that. The rest took about 2.5 hours on the full face. It's already 2 months since my first proper session. Honestly, I don't see any difference until now, but I don't think it works so fast. As recommended I would go for the next session in September. The rest I would recommend Ms. Anghelov she listens to every single point and try her best to make you as comfortable as she can. She is friendly and understanding and does not make you feel like she is a stranger. So far it is going well. Also, I do not speak proper German at all but we are working it out well. Ms. Anghelov is patient and caring in her dealings.Update August 2022This time the session took around 100 minutes on the full face, but I was charged less and the rest of everything went pretty well. I didn't use any numbing cream but I would not recommend it. Miss Anghelov, as always was super nice and took full interest in how I felt about the treatment or if I would want anything differently, she listens keenly and makes you comfortable with her dealing. It´s almost the third week since I did the session but I am noticing less hair growth, it might take the time that all the hair sprouts back but I see it as a positive sign. I wanted to add that I have PCOS and do not take any hormonal medication; that is why I got facial hair in the first place. If anyone has questions they can comment here.
