Wir haben vor einer Woche den Service gebucht und man hat uns heute, am Tag vor der Reinigung abgesagt, da die Reinigungskraft wortwörtlich keine Lust hatte abends vorbeizukommen obwohl dies auf der Website angeboten wird.Wir hatten uns extra Urlaub genommen dafür und benötigen die Service auf jeden Fall, da es einer allergischen Grundreinigung bedarf und wir schon in 2 Tagen einziehen.Könnte man 0 Sterne geben würde ich dies tun.

Complete sham - do NOT use them. Cleaner did not turn up twice. First time cleaner never rang doorbell - claimed they did. Second time cleaner never showed up again - chased company, was promised callback, never happened. Turns out this time cleaner claimed to have had a car accident. Lies, excuses and of course taking money in advance. Avoid. I would give zero if I could.

They did not show up. I called them at 12:15, they responded immediately and told me that the cleaner had an emergency. The appointment was at noon.The company called me after this review and sent over 2 cleaners who did a good job.

Refused to solve issues of cleaners repetitively not showing up and cleaners did not show up for 2 of the 3 weeks we had regular cleaning service scheduled. Would not work to resolve issue at all.
