a little bit old looking in the whole hotel and we hear cars on the road when the room is on road-side. We weren't warned in advance that the swimming pool was without any water. The welcoming of the guys downstairs was great though, with a 15min free back massage and a soap gift. Top welcoming at the reception desk, swimming pool, massages, and breakfast at the restaurant. A refresh of the hotel and the garden would be great for this very god potential hotel. Thank you

Nice location, superb food and optimal selection of wine with professional service.The location is well placed in the heart of the Luxembourg forest and is well maintained and clean.The plates were delicious, with a good choice between the versions consistencies and temperatures of the ingredients.The service was professional and friendly.The price during restodays was aligned with the quality.Overall a good culinary experience

Sehr ruhiges und freundliches Hotel in toller Lage. Hundefreundlich. Zimmer vielleicht etwas klein. Dafür jedes mal ein kulinarisches Highlight zum Abschluss des Tages. Wir sagen Danke!

My mum and her boyfriend booked a night at this supposed 4 star hotel to be close to the hiking trails but really it was a mockery. Their room was falling apart, tapestry was coming off the wall, the room had an old and unclean smell, the water in the bathroom kept fluctuating - from freezing to boiling - which made it impossible for them to take showers. They couldn't even bear staying the night. Before leaving, they tried explaining it at reception, (maybe they had simply been unlucky with their room and the hotel could provide them with better one for the night, because the reviews on here are actually quite positive so it was possible) but they were turned away without as much as a partial refund or apology. And the staff was simply miserable and unfriendly as well, it made the entire situation all the worse unfortunately.

Wir haben dort meinem Bruder seine Hochzeit gefeiert. Kann nur empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich immer gut drauf und die Küche auch ein Kompliment alles Super Lecker. Empfehlenswert für eine Feier.

Great Hotel, with that traditional olde worldy feel of service, very freidly staff, lovely clean rooms and very nice breakfast. The resturant serves a lovely set menu gourmet meal for dinner. I will definitely stay hear again.

Schöner Garten und toller Wellnessbereich. Perfekt als Standort für Wanderungen und nicht weit nach Echternach.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel in einer wunderbaren Umgebung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leckeres Abendessen. Leider für die ganze Erfahrung, das Frühstück war minderwertig und würde besser zu einem Zwei-Drei-Sterne-Hotel passen

Es war ein Vereinsabend, das Servierpersonal war sichtlich überfordert und kam den Bestellungen nur halbherzig nach, abgesehen von der Unfreundlichkeit. Das Essen war hingegen sehr gut bis ich rohes Hähnchen serviert bekommen habe. Das dürfte ein solch hochgepriesenes Hotel sich keinesfalls erlauben dürfen!
