They gave me 3 appointments.First appointment their cleaner lied and told them he/she is already with me (of course that wasn’t true)Second appointment they cancelled at last minute.Third appointment their cleaner showed up full 2 hours late and not even prepared!!!He took five hours to clean the bathroom and kitchen!!!I had to clean everything myself and my wife!!Their customer service are very rude, they don’t take any responsibility for their obviously very very bad service!!!Save your money and steer clear from this unreliable company!I have added photos for the kitchen (after their clean “finished”), unfortunately I didn’t photograph the bathroom which was worse

I am very satisfied with the service. A polite assistant, always on time, leaves not a spot behind. The job is professionally done.

Highly recommended.I booked a cleaning appointment for last weekend, the cleaning person was so polite, helpful and he also wore a mask the whole time.I had to book for just one time, as my foot is in plaster, and I needed my place to be cleaned. But if I need cleaning service again, for sure I will book an appointment with SPIC AND SPAN.

Prompt arrival from the person doing the cleaning. Came very well prepared with all the cleaning products required for the job. Fast and efficient. Really enjoyed it.

Totally not recommended. High price for premium service while the cleaners are not professional, not trained and not reliable to do the basic tasks. Customer service is really nice, promises everything and does not deliver. I booked 6 sessions over the summer and it was a hassle each time. I actually had to pay someone else to finish the job which was undone. I was NOT compensated in any way and even overcharged. This was a horrible experience.

Hired service to come bi-weekly. First time he was an hour late. I complained and they promised it wouldn't happen again. Second time he was an hour and fifteen minutes late. I once again complained and they promised he would come on time from now on. Third time I called after twenty minutes had passed and he still didn't show up. They told me he wouldn't be coming because of a mishap. They said they had emailed me but this was not true. There was no email at all. Truly unprofessional.
