Wir mussten den Flug bestimmt 5 mal umbuchen. Alles kein Problem und eine super Kommunikation. Alleine hätte ich das nicht hinbekommen.Mein Hund hatte die Beste Betreuung vor Ort und ist gesund und munter in Südafrika angekommen :)Ich kann Gradlyn guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und von sehr sehr dankbar für eure Unterstützung.Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 20 Sterne geben.Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!!!!Danke!!! ❤️

Sheila and her colleagues did an outstanding job arranging the flight for my mastiff to the Caribbean.The custom made box due to his size and weight was sturdy and offered the best comfort possible for him during his 9 hour flight. When a heat wave prohibited him flying out on the set date from Amsterdam, they organized accommodation for him in an animal hotel and an alternative, later KLM flight right away.The health and safety of the animals is always number one!The communication and service was excellent. Kay and Sheila are just awesome! I had a really great experience! I moved from Germany to the US and wanted my 16 year old cat to have the most gentle and comfortable flight experience. They picked her up from Hamburg, brought her to Frankfurt and from there she got into the airplane to Boston. I had a lot of anxiety during her journey, but Sheila was so helpful, provided me with everything from paperwork, updates to emotional support. Everything went well and my cat made it safe and sound! Vor zwei Tagen wurde ein Welpe aus meiner Zucht von Frankfurt nach Chicago über Gradlyn petshipping geflogen. Ich bin absolut begeistert über die Organisation im Vorfeld bis hin zum Flug und Bungee' s Ankunft in Amerika. An dieser Stelle geht ein riesen Dank an Gradlyn und vor allem Sheila die mich von Anfang an mit allem informiert und begleitet hat, egal welche Frage und egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Ich fühlte mich absolut sicher und ganz wichtig, mein Welpe ist bestens in Amerika angekommen und wohlbehalten bei seinem neuen Besitzer gelandet. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Gradlyn was recommended to me when my husband and I were moving our two large dogs from Frankfurt back to the US. They came highly recommended, and even still, exceeded every expectation we had for the experience. Our move was instigated by a family emergency so we were under a lot of stress. Sandra anticipated questions we might have, offered suggestions, and eased every concern we had with tremendous compassion. Communication was perfect, and the entire team just went above and beyond for us. You can tell everyone at Gradlyn loves pets and they treated ours as if they were their own. We really felt like we got a VIP experience, and I would use Gradlyn again in a heartbeat.

I don’t know where to begin. I contacted Sheila a month and a half ago and her professionalism was so well beyond. Their quotation was more than half of some of the other Pet re-locators that I was in contact with, and 100% faster. I drove from Hamburg to Frankfurt, so that my Sally would only have to do one big haul to Canada. She was doing a 10 hour flight. They insured me in detail what was going on from the moment I stepped my foot in there. As soon as we open the door to Gradlyn, we could hear a big call out “SALLLLLY” and in that moment, both mama and dog was comfortable. The whole team at Gradlyn was fantastic. Driver Tomo, Yousef and Mili.Sally jumped in to the van in to the crate, straight away without us having to say anything. She felt comfortable. Throughout the day, the few hours before her flight, and the 10 hours she was on the flight, Sheila was in contact with me every step of the way. She even emailed me in the middle of the night and said she wouldn’t go to bed until she knew Sally was in good hands in Vancouver. I cannot recommend this company more. We will never see any other pet relocator than Gradlyn. FIRST CLASS. Happy dog, happy `family.

Using this company to ship my Golden Retrievers was the best decision possible. Sandra was awesome, she knew everything needed to get my dog to the states safely. They picked her up directly from our house in a comfortable van. Communication was good the entire trip. I would definitely recommend them to ship you pet.

Service received by Sandra and Gradlyn was phenomenal, they helped me transport my two Greek Tortoises from Frankfurt to Atlanta. Not regular animals by any means but was not a problem for them and helped me every step of the way with the process.I would highly recommend this company!!
