Good work ruined by bad business practices. Although only working for 24 minutes, a full hour for some easy repairs was calculated. If your repair takes 61 minutes, it's two hours. Sad, because the quality of work is worth the HOURLY rate.

Ralph was fast, helpful and fixed what I needed at a fair price. His English is excellent and the communication was easy via WhatsApp. He even checked with me the next day to make sure everything was in order. A day later, we needed his services for something else and he sent Stefan in his place because he was out of town. He was also great and we think they make a great team! Ralf is a nice and honest man! He is very professional and has a excellent communication skills! I started contact him via Email and got the replied within 2 hours. After set the meeting time on WhatsApp, Ralf arrived on time and quickly fixed all issues I have (mainly electrical issues). He also showed my how to use electrical multi-miter and shared some basic electrical knowledge. I highly recommend contacting Ralf's company, no meter a small issue or large project you have.

Refused to wear a mask at a customer's apartment when asked eight months ago. They seem to think that they have the right to disrespect the rules of their customers' homes which isn't exactly ideal in a handyman. Really glad I asked in time to cancel as the risk of getting long COVID just wasn't worth it.
