Great bank wonderful customer service.

If you are looking for good service don't come to this location. Plan on waiting in line for atleast 30 minutes and tellers acting like they don't have a care in the world. Also the smell inside will make you throw up!

If you plan on servicing a loan through this company, I do not recommend it. The service is terrible. I scheduled multiple appointments for the service to be completed and the Loan Officers were never available at the agreed upon time whether in person or by phone. If an individual makes an appointment, it is expected that both parties make themselves available on the agreed upon time or at least send an email or give a call stating that you need to reschedule. Common courtesy. I do not recommend.

I did my car loan through this location and it was the easiest thing I've ever done. The employees that helped me were the best people ever and did a fantastic job.
