SIS Swiss International School Frankfurt

We are very grateful that our son is studying at this school. The school is professional from teaching to administration. The curriculum is of international quality, the teachers are all native speakers in their language of instruction. The administration is experienced and efficient. The school also provides after class study time and extracurricular activities until 4p.m. Everyone in the school is friendly and approachable such that it feels more like an extended family. Students from different classes mingle and know one another by name. I was impressed with the students being so friendly, confident and fluent in both English and German on open day. After a semester, my child has also had noticeable progress in both languages and more importantly, he is always excited to go to school every day. Though it is a new school, I am sure SIS will be an amazing choice for both highly mobile children of expats as well as German students in the near future.

I have recently moved from Hong Kong to Frankfurt, Germany and was looking for a bilingual school for my kids in and around Bad Homburg. I was looking for place where I can place both the kids (primary and the kindergarten) in the same school and unlike HK, getting a kindergarten place in Germany is a fundamental task. I must say, my kids are fortunate to be a part of SIS Frankfurt. The school is a perfect match if you are looking for an international ambiance, a bilingual curriculum, supportive teachers and the staff. My kids love going to the SIS Frankfurt and I have been getting a progress brief from the school on a regular basis. If you are new in Frankfurt and looking for a Bilingual school , SIS Frankfurt will be a great match !

Mein Sohn besuchte eine Grundschule und war in der 2.ten Klasse , welches eine Katastrophe war. Letztes Jahr 5 Wochen vor den Sommerferien habe ich ihn aus der Grundschule rausgenommen und in der SIS angemeldet. Das war das beste was ich machen konnte.Mein Sohn geht jetzt sehr sehr gerne in die Schule.Mittlerweile besucht meine 5 jährige Tochter die Reception Klasse.Der Schulleiter wie auch die Lehrer dort sind alle sehr freundlich und respektvoll.Meine Kinder freuen sich jedentag auf die Schule.

I am very grateful to this new school. We have passed a very hard year in a public school in Frankfurt. We come from China. My son could not speak German and English at the first year when we entered Germany. I searched a lot of schools and joined different interviews, finally we got a place in SIS Swiss international school. The teachers are very friendly and patient. The administrative office staffs are also very nice, kind and supportive. We don’t feel being isolated as we felt in public school in Frankfurt, the way the teachers refused to communicate with immigration parents. Here we know what they are doing at school and easy to communicate with the teachers, which is very helpful and useful for me, especially as an immigration family. I am very grateful for it. Danke .

We are very happy to get our son join this new school in Oberursel. Teachers are accessible, enthusiastic and very caring and providing good education to kids with their innovative methods of teaching. School administration staffs are very supportive & friendly. My son is loving this school so much that he is even tempted to go to school during weekends. Overall, we are very satisfied and feeling lucky to find such a good school for our son.

We know that kids love their time at school. Children enjoy meeting and studying with friends here.

SIS Frankfurt absolute Begeisterung!Meine Zwillinge besuchen seit der Eröffnung diese Schule und gehen jeden Tag gerne hin. Ferien finden siebzig ersten Mal doof. Die Lehrer*innen begegnen den Kindern auf Augenhöhe und lassen nichts unversucht ihnen die Lust am Lernen und am sich entwickeln zu zeigen. Was sich auch in dem großen Engagement im Distanzunterricht zeigte. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen und bin froh, diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben!
