Reliable banking with solid rates. The challenges are not with the employees, they are all professional and helpful. The main challenges are with the online site and the app. If you need to publish 'how to' guides and videos...then perhaps your website and app are just not well organized. Very counter intuitive and non-user-friendly. Please get your IT act together in order to better serve your customers and to use everyone's time efficiently.
