Great experience! They take the time to explain what the potential problems are and allow the customer to determine the best course of action based on the information. The dealership owner works with the service team, leads from the trenches. Referred me to the body shop they use. Great experience all around, don’t agree with many of the low ratings given on google. I didn’t originally go to this dealership because of them, but a colleague reassured me they were good — he was 100% correct

Great place, very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to get service on my US spec Chrysler. Recall service, tire swap, oil change, and key fob programming. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great experience and easy appointment and pickup. Service in English no problem!Went back again for some parts repair. Again, friendly, helpful, honest and reliable. One of my best experiences here in Germany!Update after visit #3: still friendly, reliable, and reputable! VAT forms accepted as well which makes a big difference on the big auto services.

Took my dodge dart here for a check engine light+car over heating. There was a minimum charge just for opening the hood (normal). After they checked my car, I was told a weasel chewed through my engine silencer and my blower fan was broke. They replaced the silencer and messed with my wiring harness. Next I was told there was high voltage" issues and that the blower fan needed to be replaced. I agreed to let them try. Still had a check engine light and my car was still over heating. After waiting 5 months without a car

I have been bringing my Jeep here for over 7 years. A main reason i continue to return is the great service that i always receive. It doesn't matter what service is being performed, there is a full explanation of what was performed and what was found. They only use OEM parts and guarantee their work. In terms of pricing, they are very reasonable and inform you of the cost prior to performing work. You are also able to bring your own parts. I highly recommend Mattusch for your auto repairs.

The man who runs this establishment is very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, I’ve had to go to this place for the past three years given that this is the only place within reasonable distance my vehicle’s warranty will allow coverage. The manager thinks he knows everything. Once, I told him I had a battery issue and he disagreed…turned out I was right. Another time, I came in with HVAC issues and he said I had no issues. I’ve wasted a lot of my own money in this place from having to do diagnostics that didn’t lead to anything.
