Geeignet für verzweifelte Erstsemester, die sonst nichts finden und Menschen mit geringen finanziellen Mitteln.Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten werden einmal wöchentlich gereinigt und leider reicht das nicht immer aus, wobei das vermutlich von der Qualität der Flurgenossen abhängig ist.

我在2015-2016年時住過這裡，雖然是個不在市中心的老房子，但對於當時還是學生的我來說價格很好、且入住容易，還有基本的傢俱（包含小小的冰箱）。雖然淋浴間有時會堵塞，但他們會找人來清理。直到現在還很懷念這個地方和在波昂的日子。

Als Bewohner des Studentenwohnheims möchte ich gerne eine positive Bewertung abgeben. Das Wohnheim bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit für Studenten, die eine bezahlbare und komfortable Unterkunft suchen, während sie ihr Studium absolvieren.Die Zimmer im Wohnheim sind gut ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man zum Studieren und Leben benötigt. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Bett und Bad. Die Küche und Gemeinschaftsräume sind auch sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.Das Personal im Wohnheim ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kümmern sich um die Anliegen der Bewohner und sorgen dafür, dass das Wohnen im Wohnheim so angenehm wie möglich ist.Ein weiterer großer Vorteil des Wohnheims ist seine Lage. Es liegt in der Nähe des Medizin Fakultät und ist somit sehr praktisch für Studenten, die schnell und einfach zu ihren Vorlesungen und Seminaren gelangen möchten.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Studentenwohnheim und würde es jedem empfehlen, der eine erschwingliche und komfortable Unterkunft während seines Studiums sucht.

It’s a really nice experience stayed here for half year! The dorm is located in a pretty quiet &dafe place in Ippendorf with clean and tidy room, complete facilities, and the neighbors and dormitory managers are also super friendly~

For students like me who have their courses at the university hospital bonn or around that area ... the dorm has an optimal location. It takes me 6 min with the bus to get to class . The dorm is relatively quiet / haven't heard any late night parties often .... it helps to study and one mustn't always go to the library. In the summer its great to walk to the forest nearby. I've found the area to be very relaxing. However if you are looking for a lot of hustle and bustle... where Shops and other amenities are just minutes away .. then this dorm might not be the best fit.I've been living here for more than 4 years now and don't have stuff to complain about tbh. The kitchen , bathrooms and lobbies are cleaned everyday in the week. It's a communal responsibility to keep our shared spaces clean... therefore sometimes it can be dirty.I've personally never had any issues with the management ... I've found them nice and understanding and have been taken seriously whenever I've had an issue.Given the current housing situation in Bonn I'd say it's a pretty good dorm. Although a bit far from supermarkets and the city center but for the price it doesn't seem all that bad.

Das heißt nur Studentenwohnheim, aber wohnt auch sehr kranke alte Frau oder andere... Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht, Die Frau dass sie als Heimleiterin arbeitet, spricht deutsch sehr furchtbar. Fast immer niemand beantwortet Telefon. 1 Stern ist auch zu viel!

Erfahrung 2021:Kostengünstig, besser als nichts. Einzug und Auszug verlief unproblematisch.Sehr schlechte Internetverbindung!Zimmermöbiliar besteht aus Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal und Kleiderschrank, jedenfalls im 300er Flur. Alles Ikea:)Einige Reinigungskräfte sind sehr unfreundlich und haben kein Verständnis dafür, dass man in einem Studierendenwohnheim morgens auch zu den Zeiten zu denen geputzt wird zur Universität muss und dafür einen Schritt in den Flur wagt.Reperaturarbeiten dauern sehr lange. Das gesamte Wohnheim musste für längere Zeit mit nur einer Waschmaschine für alle klarkommen. Kühlschrankfach zu klein. Kein Gefrierschrank. Kein Backofen.Durch Wasserschäden waren auch sehr viele Duschen gesperrt. Von den sonst 3 Duschen im Flur für 20 Leute gab es nur eine funktionierende.Kein Wohnraum für eine längere Zeit. Für kurze Zeit zu ertragen, die meisten meiner früheren Mitbewohner/innen haben zum erstbesten Zeitpunkt die Flucht ergriffen.

liegt im Ippendorf, nahe das Waldau, sehr ruhiges und sicheres Gebiete. Die Miete (warme Miete )ist Kostengünstig.Die Einrichtungen im Studentenwohnheim sind etwas alt aber funktioniert. Es gibt 2 Bus line 600/602 vor der Tür. Mit begrenztem Budget ist hier eine gute Wahl.

To be honest, I was quite worried before moving to Stella because of the negative comments here. However, when I lived in Stella, I experienced the opposite.Overall, I think this place is good, nearly perfect. The price is the cheapest price I could find (maybe except from the public ones, which takes you a very long time to be offered a place), the procedure is fast. The staffs are nice, especially the young one. They even gave us gifts (candies) on an official holiday in Germany, which made me moved.Even though I had to share the kitchen and bathroom with 20 people, I never had to wait to use anything because I rarely saw anyone around the floor. At first, I was a bit afraid that it could be inconvenient to share that with too many people, but actually it's not that bad as you never have to wait.A thing I really like is that they have the cleaners to clean the common area (bathroom and kitchen) 3 times per week, so you don't have to worry about cleaning those places, which is super nice. Even though the cleaner looks grumpy all the time, I don't really mind as I just need to avoid meeting him haha.The biggest drawback for me would be the location, as it is quite far from the city center, and there is only a bus per 20 minutes (actually 2 buses per 20 minutes but they come at the same time, which is so strange, so I count it as one), so it really takes time to go to the city center. There is also no shop or supermarket, restaurant nearby, so not really that convenient if you want to go shopping or decide to be lazy and not cooking for one day. It's near the Waldau forest, which is a scary part for me (just personally haha), but the view is super super nice when it comes to snow. It's the only bonus point for the location lol.Overall, I think this dorm is the best place you can have in Bonn for this price, if you are not offered a room by the Studentenwerk.
