Unsere Erfahrung war sehr schlecht. Im Sachen Kundenservice müssen sie noch sehr sehr viel verbessern.Am besten der angeblicher Firmenchef der keiner Ahnung hat was da läuft aber seine schlechte Laune/Einstellung an den Kunden raus lässt.Durch die Arbeit mit anderen Firmen, hat man die Möglichkeit den Service zu vergleichen. Somit steht Portagent ganz hinten und müssen sie noch sehr viel lernen.

Sehr umfangreiche und kompetente Beratung zur Importabwicklung. Fühlte mich gut aufgehoben.Ich war bei den Preisen am Anfang skeptisch, günstiger als viele andere Angebote, bin aber sehr zufrieden. Schnelle Reaktion und alles wurde eingehalten.
