This has been the best purchase process I've ever experienced thanks to Raff. I was able to secure a new 2021 Ford Bronco AND be the first to register it in Germany thanks to him. He went out of his way to ensure I was on the Preorder list and kept me up to date for the entire process. He answered all my questions quickly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He even helped set up picking my new Bronco from the port! I honestly can't thank Raff and your team enough for this.

To whom it may concern,My husband and I bought a car, July 2021 from this dealership. When our car arrived to the dealership it had a crack in the windshield. It had taken them a month to fix this issue. Leaving us without a car and dependent on cabs/coworkers for transportation. We had our car for a year before the mechanical issues started. Since it was under warranty, we were told to take it directly to the Ford dealership in Kaiserslautern only for it to sit for eight months starting from November 2, 2022. The unprofessionalism and rudeness we have gone through at this ford dealership location are far beyond any customer service I have experienced. Then it took two months to get any answers from the dealership on what was wrong with our vehicle. After finding the problem it had taken them until March of 2023 to receive the parts to fix the issues from the beginning, only to be told more issues are wrong with the vehicle. The unprofessionalism comes into play when we had to call their location multiple times during their displayed business hours only to be hung up on, ignored, and told that the person working on our car was not there repeatedly, for months on end. My husband made multiple trips to see them in person only to be given one-word answers.In the beginning, we asked if a rental was covered under warranty, which it wasn’t. But not being able to have a car for eight months is an outrageous amount of time. My husband and I both have jobs that require a working vehicle. After having to spend hundreds of dollars on rentals every month, while our car was waiting to be “fixed”, we could no longer afford to rent and now we rely heavily on coworkers for transportation.So my best advice to anyone looking to buy a car is to buy directly from the states and have it transported here. The warranty this place offers does not cover a lot of the issues our vehicle has.

Richard was beyond amazing with helping our family find the car we dreamed of having. My wife is so ecstatic with her new car. Having the ability to pick up our brand new vehicle from Bremerhaven was an amazing experience. Thank you MAS and Richard for making this all possible. Truly remarkable.

My car salesman Oliver Johnson was great! He was patient with me picking out a vehicle and walked us through the process of buying a brand new car in Germany. He made the process fairly easy and I was even provided a rental car to pick up my vehicle from the port. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly everything! Best car buying experience EVER!!! Raff is amazing and super personable. He makes car buying easier than anything I have experienced… He goes out of his way to insure the “customer”( I put that in quotations because he makes you feel like a friend more than a customer) feels at ease in purchasing a vehicle and truly gets to the bottom of what you are looking for… he is an asset to MAS for sure!!! I had not even planned on buying a new car and ended up getting 2! After he also referred me to Susan (when what I wanted wasn’t available on base) off base who is ALSO EQUALLY AMAZING… true example of taking care of people.. so now I have a 2021 VW Jetta S with a 10 year warranty!! And my wife has her dream car of a 2021 80th anniversary Jeep Wrangler…I would highly recommend MAS… they will take care of you 100% and find what you want and need… and of course I will say Raff and Susan TOP of the line…If anything, MAS needs to have a higher selection of vehicles… they are able to still find what you want in what they have!… new or used!!!Great deals and great staff!
