I found this company through Ancestry and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was trying to find the Germany ‘link’ for two great great grandparents (from the early 1800’s) and the principal, Phillip, quoted me the number of hours he thought it would take, and quoted his hourly rate. While it did take a few months, he was able to find just what I was looking for — and more! — on one of those relatives. And, while I have a feeling that he spent more than the quoted hours, that’s what he charged. Very professional, and I’d highly recommend to anyone searching for an ancestor in Germany.
