Nobody showed up at the scheduled time. After numerous followup I was told that the cleaning cannot take place.Had a similar experience with another company. Common happenings of these organizations:1. No one shows up2. They say they showed up and noone was home. This one s brilliant because you are still charged as a customer3. They show up and see the amount of work and leave making excuses.Advice to management: if you outsource cleaning to contractors, you will always encounter these pitfalls.

I used to be very happy with the cleaning results & customer service back when Sandra performed the cleaning for Spic & Span, however the staff changed recently and I have had the worst cleaning & customer service experience ever.Overcharged, not a clean result at all and to top it off very unfriendly upon my complaint. Clearly not recommendable with the new staff any more.EDIT:Not only does the business’ response contain an abundance of lies (I clearly stated I want a clean flat, and don’t care how many hours it takes, as long as I get a sparkling clean flat - my 4 hours estimate was based on previous cleanings performed in a fully furnished flat, which was always completed within 3 hours, including windows and other additions - I also let the cleaners know that I completed some of the required correction cleanings myself already, and never called the results after the correction cleaning ‘excellent’, or anything else for that matter, since I simply didn’t feel like having to have yet another conversation about what properly clean means, nor did I sign any type of report), after providing negative feedback, I was offered a refund if I were to delete my feedback. I declined, and therefore received the below response to my honest feedback.I wonder how many actual customers accepted the refund and deleted negative feedback. This seems to be a really shady business to me.
