Munich Spartans Cricket Club | Munich Spartans Cricket Club (MSCC) was founded in 2016. The Club is based in Munich and is a non-profit organization. The club does not pursue primarily self-economical purposes. The prime goal is to develop the infrastructure of Cricket in Munich, to provide cricket for its members and to promote the game among the local people as well as to other interested people. The objective of bringing different people together is to enjoy the game with true sportsman spirit. The aim of the club is to plan, arrange play, conducting matches and participation in tournaments. The club does not discriminate on grounds of, age, ability, disability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, sexuality or social/economic status and will not tolerate any form of sexual, racial or religious harassment. The club respects the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat everyone equally. Sports equity is about fairness in sport, equality of access, recognizing inequalities and taking steps to address them. It is about changing the culture and structure of sport to make sure it becomes equally accessible to everyone. The club is committed to everyone having the right to enjoy their sport in an environment free from threat of intimidation, harassment and abuse. All club members have a responsibility to oppose discriminatory behaviour and promote equality of opportunity. The club will deal with any incidence of discriminatory behaviour seriously, according to club disciplinary procedures.
