Very good quality of products that make you want to buy them...Unfortunately, it's harder than you would think!After 2 emails(one on the contact form and one direct) without response, I tried to call directly.The first person did not speak English.The second person, very kindly replied and ensured me someone will get in touch with me within the day. Nobody called back.After three weeks and five call attempts (with this always very kind and helpful person) from my side, all ending in the same way, somehow I managed to get hold of the person that could help me with my very peculiar question (a pricelist and a catalog).During this phonecall she gathered all my questions...After a couple of days they recontacted me via mail, to tell me to inquire my actual retailer (from whom I am already happily supplying myself) in order to receive more information.I am still waiting for a response regarding the catalog... one month later.
