Mark was great at helping me with the acquisition of my car. Back last summer I emailed MAS regarding my interest in buying a custom made car, and since then they have been nothing but helpful in many ways. Not only did they always make time for me before I bought the car; but they also stayed in constant communication even after the deal was already made. Mark was super responsive the whole time which helped me feel cared for and not anxious about such an important purchase. After I received the vehicle and had already paid for it, I noticed I had a situation with the tire and I called Mark. He was once again willing to help, tell me where to go and follow up during the weekend to ensure everything was going well. My experience with Mark and everyone at MAS has been nothing but positive . I absolutely recommend MAS and Mark to everyone.

If it was not for the sales representative I would have not purchased my vehicle from them. The lack of information pertaining to the process of ordering a vehicle to the delivery day could have been much better. I waited 5 months for my vehicle and once it came into country I waited 2 weeks just to find out the car had a nail in the tire from shipping. Not to mention my tires are not in country. So I had to order those as well. I wanted to view the delivery but was not able to due so mainly because of the lack of information from MAS and the transporters. Over all communication and wait time was the most of my worries. My sales representative kept me in the loop as much as possible but I could tell there was a lag in communication from some one higher than them. I would rate this process a one but my sales rep really helped me out.

This has been the best purchase process I've ever experienced thanks to Raff. I was able to secure a new 2021 Ford Bronco AND be the first to register it in Germany thanks to him. He went out of his way to ensure I was on the Preorder list and kept me up to date for the entire process. He answered all my questions quickly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He even helped set up picking my new Bronco from the port! I honestly can't thank Raff and your team enough for this.

To whom it may concern,My husband and I bought a car, July 2021 from this dealership. When our car arrived to the dealership it had a crack in the windshield. It had taken them a month to fix this issue. Leaving us without a car and dependent on cabs/coworkers for transportation. We had our car for a year before the mechanical issues started. Since it was under warranty, we were told to take it directly to the Ford dealership in Kaiserslautern only for it to sit for eight months starting from November 2, 2022. The unprofessionalism and rudeness we have gone through at this ford dealership location are far beyond any customer service I have experienced. Then it took two months to get any answers from the dealership on what was wrong with our vehicle. After finding the problem it had taken them until March of 2023 to receive the parts to fix the issues from the beginning, only to be told more issues are wrong with the vehicle. The unprofessionalism comes into play when we had to call their location multiple times during their displayed business hours only to be hung up on, ignored, and told that the person working on our car was not there repeatedly, for months on end. My husband made multiple trips to see them in person only to be given one-word answers.In the beginning, we asked if a rental was covered under warranty, which it wasn’t. But not being able to have a car for eight months is an outrageous amount of time. My husband and I both have jobs that require a working vehicle. After having to spend hundreds of dollars on rentals every month, while our car was waiting to be “fixed”, we could no longer afford to rent and now we rely heavily on coworkers for transportation.So my best advice to anyone looking to buy a car is to buy directly from the states and have it transported here. The warranty this place offers does not cover a lot of the issues our vehicle has.

Richard was beyond amazing with helping our family find the car we dreamed of having. My wife is so ecstatic with her new car. Having the ability to pick up our brand new vehicle from Bremerhaven was an amazing experience. Thank you MAS and Richard for making this all possible. Truly remarkable.

My car salesman Oliver Johnson was great! He was patient with me picking out a vehicle and walked us through the process of buying a brand new car in Germany. He made the process fairly easy and I was even provided a rental car to pick up my vehicle from the port. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Jodie when I purchased a car for my wife from beginning to end she was very helpful and customer service was excellent for all my needs. After I purchased the car she followed up with me at a later period to see if we were satisfied with our purchase which we were. I would definitely buy from her again.
